FRESNO, Calif. – Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) announced a $2,162,886 federal grant for the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency (FCRTA) to advance construction of a bus maintenance and operations facility in Selma, Calif., enhancing its maintenance capabilities and transition to a zero-emission fleet. This grant was made possible through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, of which Costa helped pass in Congress.
