WASHINGTON – U.S. Representatives Jim Costa (CA-21) and Brad Finstad (MN-01) introduced the Growing Rural Ag Infrastructure Needs to Deliver Rising Yields (GRAIN DRY) Act, which would expand the Farm Storage Facility Loan Program (FSFL) through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to include storage of propane for agricultural purposes.

This brings a combined $16.1 million federal investment that Costa has secured for one of the fastest-growing airports in California and nationwide.

WASHINGTON – U.S. Representatives Jim Costa (CA-21), Joe Neguse (CO-02), Josh Harder (CA-09), and Dina Titus (NV-01) wrote to officials at the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) and the United States Forest Service (USFS). The letter expressed concerns surrounding overtime pay for wildland firefighters and requests an explanation of the next steps to ensure these individuals are being paid in accordance with new standards enacted through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
