Rep. Jim Costa’s Statement on Tragic Plane Collision in Washington, DC.

WASHINGTON - Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21), released the following statement in response to the tragic plane collision near Reagan National Airport:

"I am deeply saddened by the devastating plane collision near Reagan National Airport that claimed the lives of passengers, crew members, and service members. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims’ families and loved ones as they endure this heartbreaking loss.  

I am grateful to the first responders who acted with bravery and compassion in the recovery efforts. In moments of tragedy, we must come together as a nation to support one another.” Said Congressman Costa.
