FRESNO, Calif. — Representative Jim Costa released the following statement upon learning of the passing of Fresno County Supervisor Phil Larson:
"I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Fresno County Supervisor Phil Larson.
A dedicated leader, he served Fresno County and our agricultural community with commitment, including as a former Farm Bureau President.
My thoughts are with his family, loved ones, and colleagues during this difficult time, he will be greatly missed." said Congressman Costa.
