Rep. Jim Costa condemns Iran’s Drone Strikes against Israel

WASHINGTON - Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee released the following statement: 

“Once again, Iran is undermining and threatening the stability of the Middle East by attacking our ally, Israel. Iran is a nation that is hostile to the interests of the United States. Their actions continue to disrupt opportunities for peace in the Middle East. 

As a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, I am closely monitoring the situation. It is imperative that we have bipartisan support and work with the Biden Administration for American interests. 

Now more than ever, Congress must act quickly next week. By passing the international security aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, including humanitarian assistance.”
