Costa Statement on Republican Reconciliation Bill

WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) released the following statement after voting against the Republican reconciliation bill:

"While families in the San Joaquin Valley struggle to afford groceries, gas, and health care, Republicans passed another reckless spending bill with no help for working families, no guardrails on ICE, just $70 billion with no oversight while Trump keeps a $1.8 billion slush fund for criminals.

That's why I voted NO."
