Costa Statement on Appointment of Laphonza Butler to Serve as California’s U.S. Senator

WASHINGTON – Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) released the following statement after U.S. Senator Laphonza Butler was appointed and sworn into the United States Senate to represent the state of California.
