KCWA press conference

CongressmanJim Costa will spend the day in Bakersfieldon Thursday, July 7, 2005. RepresentativeCosta will attend the Kern County Water Agency Press Conference where he willaward the 2004 and 2005 annual Jim Costa - Kern County Water Agency ResourcesFellowship to past recipient Brian Taylor, California State University,Bakersfield graduate and current recipient Joanna Oseguera a CSUB student. This Fellowship is awarded based on academicexcellence and pursuit of study in a water resources related field. Congressman Costa will be available forcomment following the press conference.
