Mortgage Relief

At the height of the pandemic, House Democrats passed the American Rescue Plan, bringing critical housing and rental relief to millions of Americans. COVID-19 Rent Relief Program

The California COVID-19 Rent Relief program helps income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments. Funding for this program comes from federal rental assistance.
