Expanding Broadband

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act will help connect every American to reliable high-speed internet. Broadband internet is critical and necessary for every American to do their jobs, learn from home, and seek health care. This was especially vivid when the pandemic started.

That is why, we created the Affordability Connectivity Program (ACP), which helps ensure that low-income families can afford broadband internet to meet their daily needs. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month for eligible households and $75 per month for households in qualifying tribal lands. This program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.
