Common FAQs

  • I’m moving. Do I need to go to a near Post Office to notify them of my new address? No. You can file a change of address form online.

  • My mailbox was recently struck or destroyed, what should I do? If your mailbox was struck or destroyed on your property, our office can inquire on your behalf and connect you with the U.S. postal service to fix this matter. However, if you are a tenant, the landlord/property owner will need to make the inquiry on behalf of the property.

  • I’m having mail delivery issues, what should I do? If you are having issues with your mail delivery, please visit my website, or call my Fresno Office at (559) 495-1620.
