Thanksgiving Newsletter

Dear Friend,

This Thanksgiving, many of us will gather with friends and family to give thanks for our blessings. As you come together with your loved ones, I hope your holiday is filled with warmth and cheer. I’m particularly looking forward to spending time with my sister Bette and the rest of my family to enjoy some of our mother’s turkey dressing, which has been in the family for more than 50 years!

In the spirit of giving, I participated in the 10th annual KSEE 24 Turkey Drive for Catholic Charities in Fresno, and the Hostettler Turkey Giveaway in Los Banos, to help families in need and give back to the community.

Thanksgiving is about gratitude, tradition, and sharing. Let us give thanks for our many gifts and remember those in our Valley and nationwide who might be struggling this holiday season.

There are a number of ways you can lend a hand. From volunteering at a food bank, to donating to one of the many Valley organizations working to make the season brighter, you can make a difference. Visit Feeding America for a list of local food banks.

Wishing you and yours a happy and safe Thanksgiving,

Jim Costa
