The bill takes a comprehensive approach to increase energy supply, while reducing energy demand. It also provides funding for a variety of goals, including environmental restoration, energy conservation, renewable energy, carbon capture and sequestration, and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
